Quote is a live pricing calculator built into the Product Catalogue. It lets you select any plan, enter a unit count, and apply a discount to see the exact calculated price without creating a subscription or committing to any billing.
It’s useful for checking pricing before sending a quote to a customer, verifying your fee structure is configured correctly, or quickly answering “how much would X units cost on this plan?”
How to use it
Click Quote in the sidebar to open the calculator.
Select a Plan
Use the Plan dropdown to choose the plan you want to price. All plans in your organisation are available.Once a plan is selected, the calculator loads its pricing configuration and displays a result immediately.
Enter a unit count
Type the number of units you want to price. The result updates as you type.
Apply a discount
Optional Enter a discount percentage to see the discounted amount. This mirrors how a discount applied to a subscription would affect the billing amount.
Quote cannot be used for Flat Fee plans.

What Quote is not
Quote does not generate a shareable quote document, create a subscription, or produce an invoice. It is a calculation tool only.
To create a subscription based on a quote, go to Subscriptions and click New.
Price Preview in plan creation
The same pricing calculator is also available when creating or editing plans as Price Preview. The behaviour is identical, you enter a unit count and see the calculated amount, but it is scoped to the plan you are currently building.
